Callisham Tor

Callesham Tor

All too briefly mentioned in passing by Crossing; "The Sheepstor road branches L., a little way up, and crosses Callisham Down, where is a pile bearing the name of Callisham Tor."

The tor, untidy and overgrown and largely hidden in woodland, lies on Private Land but can be viewed at close quarters, beside a fence and ladder stile on the footpath above Down Farm.
