Dunsford Wood Crags

The wooded hillside to the north of the River Teign above Steps Bridge contains a number of craggy cliff like outcrops.

This one is mostly covered in vegetation and lies not far from the path above the National Trust sign and memorial to Kenneth Murray Leach in Dunsford Wood on the right hand side heading in the direction of Clifford Bridge.

Its appearance along with the crag near Steps Bridge is once again of shale rather than granite.
